Leadership Session with Randy Benn

In the video below, we discuss Randy's professional background and his unique approach to each of our leadership sessions. His goal is emphasizing essential leadership skills with practical application and workplace scenarios.

Sessions are structured with two meetings in the morning and one after lunch. Afternoons are reserved for open discussion and reflection. After dinner, an evening wrap up creates the opportunity to share personal discoveries and bring closure to the day. Little details matter. For example, why do we use journals rather than workbooks?
